1-2 Crush On You Lyrics by the clash

standing in a queue of a school canteen
guys on the corner they were laughin' at me
but i don't mind if they see it all
you know i gotta come clean
i gotta come clean
i got a crush on you

my mind don't need it but my body do
a little bit of loving and attention for you
although we're only strangers
they don't need to know
i gotta cum clean, i gotta cum clean
ooh, i got a crush on you

i wanna get serious right away
1-2, i got a crush on you
what you doin' today or any other day?
1-2, i got a crush on you
just one look and i go insane
1-2, i got a crush on you

your daddy never comes to get you
`cos lives so far away
but his i-talian chauffeur shows up every day
but i'll get you in the corner, i'll get you all
alone
i gotta cum clean, i gotta come clean

i got a crush on you

1-2, i got a crush on you
1-2, i got a crush on you
1-2, i got a crush on you
i said 1-2
i got a crush on you

why should i get a crush on yet?

Architecture in Helsinki Biography

Even though they mention Finland's capital Helsinki in their band name, it wasn't until the Flow Festival of summer 2007 that they played in Finland. "When we were in Norway at the end of last year there were a few Finnish interviewers who came to interview us mainly about the name. I think they were quite perplexed. To us, the name means having to answer many questions and inquiries about the name, which I guess, is entirely understandable," the band members have said.

Architecture in Helsinki are an Australian band based in the inner Melbourne suburb of Northcote. The group consists of Cameron Bird, Gus Franklin, Jamie Mildren, Sam Perry, and Kellie Sutherland.

Most of the band members can play multiple instruments. Their music makes use of a wide range of instruments, from analog synthesizers, samplers, the glockenspiel and handclaps; to concert band instruments like the trumpet, tuba, trombone, saxophone, clarinet and recorder; and the more standard guitars, bass guitar and drums.

The band has been on multiple national and international tours. They have toured the United States with acts such as Death Cab for Cutie and Clap Your Hands Say Yeah and opened for David Byrne, The Polyphonic Spree, Yo La Tengo and Belle & Sebastian. In May 2009, they opened for The Presets' concerts held in Sydney and Melbourne.

The Doors Biography

The Doors were an American rock band formed in 1965 in Los Angeles, California, with vocalist Jim Morrison, keyboardist Ray Manzarek, drummer John Densmore, and guitarist Robby Krieger. The band took its name from Aldous Huxley's book The Doors of Perception,[4] the title of which was a reference to a William Blake quotation: "When the doors of perception are cleansed, things will appear to man as they truly are...infinite." They were among the most controversial rock acts of the 1960s, due mostly to Morrison's wild, poetic lyrics and charismatic but unpredictable stage persona. After Morrison's death in 1971, the remaining members continued as a trio until finally disbanding in 1973.[1]

Although The Doors' active career ended in 1973, their popularity has persisted. According to the RIAA, they have sold over 32.5 million albums in the US alone.[5] The band has sold 80 million albums worldwide.[6] Ray Manzarek and Robby Krieger continue to tour as Manzarek-Krieger, performing Doors songs exclusively.source:wikipedia
